Going to the beach on a weekday usually makes for a very relaxing day. It's always a fun group of women and we play games and chat and read and relax.
It starts with a nice boat ride.
We always pass lots of barges with men loading them with sand.
The beach is empty -- no vendors and usually no one else after we pass by the busy school in the village.
A really nice day!
